Your next interview might be with a deepfake.

AI tools promise to save time, make fewer mistakes, not be biased...
But what we’re losing is trust, authenticity and valuable candidates,
let’s talk openly about what’s going on !

AI will help you until it replaces you.

It starts with screening. Then scheduling. Then interviewing. What’s left for you?

AI doesn’t remove bias. It scales it.

Discrimination is now automated, and no one’s accountable.

AI-generated candidates are swarming.

Real people get drowned in a flood of perfect, fake applications.

Candidates are now interviewed by AI.

You are been silently replaced in the most human part of your job.

17% of recruiters have encountered deepfake candidates during real interviews.

Fake faces. Fake voices. Fake intentions, showing up in your Zoom calls.

AI screening tools favored “white-sounding” names 85% of the time, and Black male candidates never ranked first.

Bias isn’t removed. It’s scaled, and hidden behind code.

In a batch of 300 applications, over 1 in 3 were fake.

Deepfake videos, false CVs, invented references, even foreign espionage attempts.

Hiring with AI? No thank you.

With AI, recruitment is changing fast, and not for the better.
Some call it progress, we call it a problem worth talking about.
That’s why we created “Hiring With AI? No thank you :)" a Facebook group where recruiters can finally speak freely. No Linkedin's social pressure, just an open (or anonymous) space to share what you’re seeing, what worries you, and how you’re dealing with it.Because it’s still called Human Resources.
Because we’re not here to train the tools that will replace us.

Who are we ? Why this Group?

Hi, I'm Guillaume!
As a former entrepreneur, I have had the chance to work WITH people, FOR people.
As time passes and I hear of AI replacing everyone and everything, I stumbled across that insane study where 99,9% of candidates would prefer to be interviewed by AI.
Reportedly, according to AI startups... I can't believe it.

I believe that Human Resources are literally the last field where robots shouldn't be, that talent acquisition managers still want to know who they were hired to hire, and that talents still want to know who is hiring them.I would love to offer a zero-AI solution to help recruiters and talent find each other in a more efficient and meaningful way, so if we are in sync, please get in touch!

Thanks!
